The following conditions apply between Crowdlogistics and member. The user is the natural or legal person who has applied for and been approved as a member of the Crowdlogistics. Customers can register users under this Agreement.
This agreement takes effect when the Crowdlogistics disclosing the credential to the applicant for membership.
Crowdlogistics reserves the right at any time unilaterally amend the terms. Any changes to the terms and conditions for the provision of services which take place after the amended version of the Terms posted on the site. The terms and conditions published on the Crowdlogistics website.
Membership includes the services that are available to the membership level that the member selected. Through its membership, the member will also have the opportunity to order goods and services from third parties. For such orders, the conditions at any given time agreed between the member and the third party provider. Crowdlogistics is not the Customerís party to such agreements.
Crowdlogistics provides the service in accordance with these terms best ability.
Crowdlogistics assumes no responsibility for any damage incurred by the Customer to the lack of availability of the service.
Membership fees and other charges payable in accordance with the payment terms specified by Crowdlogistics. The customer is billed monthly. Payment terms are fifteen (15) days net. If payment is late, penalty interest in accordance with the law and a reminder fee of 50 SEK per reminder invoice.
The agreement will run monthly and will expire upon termination or non-payment.
Crowdlogistics may immediately discontinue use of the service and terminate the contract with the Customer of the services used in violation of law, contract or otherwise, if the user provides incorrect information about the use of the Services or obvious abuse services.
Crowdlogistics is not responsible for any consequential damages or losses attributable to the use of the service, unless such damage or loss has been caused by Crowd Logistics intentional conduct or gross negligence. Crowdlogistics liability in any event is limited to an amount equivalent to 5 times the basic amount. Crowdlogistics is not responsible for any userís data loss.
This Agreement applies under Swedish Law. Any disputes between the parties shall be settled by an arbitrator under the rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute. The arbitration shall take place in Stockholm.
Policy for handling personal information
Through this registration, I agree to the customer / user to Crowdlogistics handle personal information in accordance with this policy.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204). To improve service, such information may be supplemented by other data.
Crowdlogistics will store and process personal data in order to provide, manage and control the use of the services provided under the customerís membership. Personal information may also be used for sending information that may be of interest to the user, such as targeted advertising, administrative notices, product offerings, and other communications, such as newsletter.
Crowdlogistics will not without the buyerís / userís consent to disclose personal data to third parties.
